Li Chonggang, general manager of Beijing Jinxin Wangyin Financial Information Service co., LTD., member of big data expert committee of CCF, member of Credit Construction Committee of NIFA, compliance Professional Committee of Beijing Internet Finance Industry Association, member of expert group of Chief Data Officer Alliance, advanced worker of financial big data innovation and application of Payment & Clearing Association of China, Members of the expert group of Zhongguancun Big Data Industry Alliance.

 Since 2014, he has presided over the development of the first big data prevention and control financial risk and intelligent decision support system in China, which has been successfully applied to the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, National Internet Finance Association of China and other state-level units, as well as Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Jiangxi and other provincial and municipal financial supervision bureaus and public security economic investigation departments.
